[Verse]
G
You say you've got to go home
Am C G
cos he's sitting on his own again this evening.
Am C G
N' I know you're gonna let him bore your pants off again.
Am
Oh God, now it's half past eight,
C
you'll be late.
G
But you say you're not sure,
Am C G
Though it makes good sense for you to live together.
Am C G
Still you bought a toy that can reach the places he never goes.
Am
and now it's getting late.
Cm
He's so straight.
[Chorus]
G Am
Do you remember the first time?
C
I can't remember a worse time.
Cm
But you know that we've changed so much since then, oh yeah,
G
we've grown.
Am
Now I don't care what you're doing,
C
No I don't care if you screw him.
Cm
Just as long as you save a piece for me,
oh yeah
G
ooooooo ooooo ooooooo
You say you've got to go home.
[Verse]
Am C G
Well at least there's someone there that you can talk to.
Am C G
And you never have to face up to the night on your own.
Am Cm
Jesus, it must be great to be straight.
[Chorus]
Do you remember the first time?
I can't remember a worse time.
But you know that we've changed so much since then,
oh yeah,
we've grown.
Now I don't care what you're doing,
No I don't care if you screw him.
Just as long as you save a piece for me,
oh yeah
you wanna go home [4 x's]
[back to chorus]
oooooooh
you wanna go home

Man it's a pet hate when people don't put the chords all the way through the song, if I'm trying to play through and learn I'd kind of like them on the last chorus too.

instead of 13--12/14 at the end of the background loop try this
-----------------------
-------------11/13-----
---------12/14---------
-------13--------------
-----------------------
