is this intro correct or not?

version 1 is better especially this D7 should be a D/C. F should be Fmaj7

liking this, as jillwilliams said Fmaj7 instead of F sounds better and in the bridge I think it sounds more like the original when you go C D G G/F Em. felt like that one chord is missing in there
