Change the tuning to B standard (B, E, A, D, G, b) and Drop A (A, E, A, D, G, b) and you've got it. The easiest way to tune down so low is to get a set of strings for a 7 string guitar. Don't use the thinnest/highest string because you don't need it.
Problem is that the chorus is correct for standard tuning so it would have to be rewritten.
Correction on my last comment. The G needs to be tuned down a half step to Gb/F#
