they play this song in Eb, not standard. so all you really have to do is push every thing up a fret and drop the song half a step. but still, you got all the notes right so i gave you 5 stars, great job man :D

I have seen Failure perform this song live. Ken always uses a 4 string Fender P Bass tuned to Eb standard for this song. I have never seen him use a 5 string. As in the above comment your notes are correct, just fingered a half step off due to the tuning. Try it in Eb -- it's so much easier! I'll still give 4 stars for note accuracy.
